Tyre Pressure Calculator
A starting point by discipline and surface, adjusted for your weight. Pressure is the cheapest speed and grip upgrade you have — and most riders run too much of it.
How this works & the fine print. Ranges follow published discipline guidance and
industry rolling-resistance testing; your result is positioned in the range by weight, with a small
front/rear split (more load sits on the rear wheel). It is a starting point — adjust for feel,
rim width and conditions. Never exceed the maximum pressure printed on your tyre or rim,
and never go below a pressure where the rim bottoms out on square edges. Tyre inserts allow lower
pressures with rim protection.
